VACANCY: Press Setter
We’re recruiting for a Press Setter to join our team.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have a press setting certificate
- Be conversant with various press machines
- Be conversant with mechanical and hydraulic machines
- Be able to set tools
- Have the knowledge to spot faults and rectify
- Understand de-coiling machines
- Understand and set straightening rollers
- Be able to use air feeders
This is a full-time position, working 09:15–18:00, Monday to Friday.
The rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Applicants should please note:
The presses are hydraulic and manual presses ranging from 40 ton to 200 ton. They are used for pressing out (forming) components from steel on coils and/or blanks, and for blanking out components. The machines are not press brakes/brake presses that fold flat steel plates.
