BM Catalysts launches new-to-range parts to cover expanding European car parc
The UK’s leading manufacturer of aftermarket catalytic converters, DPFs and front pipes, BM Catalysts, has unveiled 22 new references in its ever-growing product portfolio to cover over two million additional vehicles across Europe.
The latest new-to-range parts include 12 catalytic converters and 10 connecting pipes.
The new catalytic converter additions are suitable for popular vehicle makes and models, including the Mini One 1.5cc F55 / F56 12v, Ford Fiesta 1.1cc Ti-VCT, Ford Fiesta 1.0cc EcoBoost and Toyota Auris 1.2cc VVTi for Euro 6.
Plus, a new Euro 5 cat has been released for the Nissan Juke 1.6cc 16v.
Key Euro 5 and Euro 6 connecting pipes in the range cover passenger car applications such as the Jeep Renegade 1.0cc T-GDi, Kia Picanto 1.2cc 16v, Kia Sportage 1.6cc and Honda CR-V 2.0cc 16v.
BM Catalysts invests in its own world-class manufacturing processes, down to producing even some of the smallest components in-house to exceed expectations.
The company recently celebrated the 20-year anniversary of opening its Reed Mill manufacturing facility. BM Catalysts purchased the 83,000 square foot premises to expand production and develop its processes.
Reed Mill houses BM Catalysts’ high-tech CNC machinery, which allows for precision engineering and large-scale production. This gives the brand the platform to significantly increase output and improve product quality, which in turn is what establishes its reputation for high-quality standards.
